Terms of Service

Article 1: Scope of Application

This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of this service (including this website, and hereinafter referred to collectively as “the Service”). This Agreement applies to all users of the Service.

Article 2: Agreement to the Terms

Users are considered to have valid and irrevocable consent to this Agreement by using the Service. Users who do not agree to this Agreement are not allowed to use the Service.

Article 3: Use by Minors

If a user is a minor, they must use the Service with the consent of their legal guardian. If a user starts using the Service without obtaining the consent of their legal guardian and later reaches the age of majority, the user is considered to have ratified the use during the period when they were a minor.

Article 4: Use of Content

The Company grants users a non-exclusive right to use the content provided by the Service, including text, images, videos, audio, music, software, programs, code, and other content within the scope of the Service for personal use. For paid content, the Company grants the right to use it for personal use within the scope of the Service upon completion of the specified usage fee. This is a non-transferable and non-sublicensable, non-exclusive right. Any use of the content provided by the Service beyond this scope is strictly prohibited. Users agree in advance that if they lose the right to use the Service for any reason, they will no longer be able to use any content provided by the Service.

Article 5: Late Payment Charges

Users who delay the payment of monetary obligations to the Company shall pay a late payment charge at an annual rate of 14.6%.

Article 6: Prohibited Acts

Users must not engage in the following acts in using the Service:

  • Acts that violate laws, court judgments, decisions, orders, or legally binding administrative measures or encourage such acts.
  • Acts related to criminal activities.
  • Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.
  • Acts that violate the rights or interests of the Company or third parties, such as portrait rights, privacy, honor, and other rights.
  • Acts that overload or interfere with the normal operation of the servers or networks of the Company or third parties.
  • Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service.
  • Unauthorized access or attempted unauthorized access.
  • Acts of analyzing the source code of the Service through disassembly, decompilation, reverse engineering, etc.
  • Unauthorized access to the systems connected to the Service or unauthorized alteration or deletion of information stored in the Company’s facilities.
  • Reproduction, transmission, transfer, lending, or modification of the Service’s website or software.
  • Commercial use of information obtained through the Service.
  • Acts intended to profit from the Service in ways not intended by the Company.
  • Advertising, solicitation, or business activities on the Service without the Company’s approval.
  • Collection or accumulation of personal information about other users without their consent.
  • Use of the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or unfair purposes.
  • Acts that may cause harm, damage, or discomfort to other users of the Service or third parties.
  • Impersonation of other users.
  • Use of other users’ accounts.

And other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 7: Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

Users represent and warrant that they do not fall under any of the following categories, and will not fall under them in the future, and guarantee not to do so:

  • Individuals or entities themselves (including their officers for corporations) who are members of organized crime groups, former members within five years of leaving, quasi-members of organized crime groups, or other similar individuals (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Members of Anti-Social Forces”).
  • In the case of a corporation or other organization, individuals who are recognized as having a relationship where Members of Anti-Social Forces control management.
  • In the case of a corporation or other organization, individuals who are recognized as having a substantial involvement of Members of Anti-Social Forces in management.
  • Individuals or entities that are recognized as using Members of Anti-Social Forces for the purpose of gaining unjust profits for themselves or causing damage to third parties.
  • Individuals or entities that are recognized as providing funds or benefits to Members of Anti-Social Forces, or having involvement that is recognized as such.
  • In the case of a corporation or other organization, individuals serving as officers or substantially involved in management who are recognized as having a relationship that would be socially condemned along with Members of Anti-Social Forces.

Users further guarantee that they will not engage in any of the following acts using themselves or third parties for the purpose of the following:

  • Violent demands.
  • Unreasonable demands beyond legal liability.
  • Threatening behavior or violence in transactions.
  • Disseminating rumors, using deception, or using force to damage the Company’s reputation or hinder the Company’s business.
  • Other acts similar to the above.

Article 8: Use Restrictions

The Company may, without prior notice, restrict or terminate the use of all or part of the Service, or delete user registration, if the user falls under any of the following:

  • Violation of any provision of this Agreement.
  • Discovery of false facts in the registered information.
  • Failure to fulfill monetary obligations.
  • No response to contact from the Company for a reasonable period.
  • No use of the Service for a considerable period from the last usage date.
  • Determination by the Company that the user is involved with Anti-Social Forces, etc.
  • Other cases where the Company deems the use of the Service inappropriate.

Article 9: Suspension of Service Provision

The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice if the Company determines that any of the following reasons exist. The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the user or third parties as a result of the actions taken by the Company under this article.

  • When performing maintenance or updates on the computer system of the Service.
  • In the event of force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, natural disasters, or the spread of viruses, making the provision of the Service difficult.
  • In the event of an accident that stops the computer or communication line, etc.
  • When the Company determines that the provision of the Service is difficult for other reasons.

Article 10: Disclaimer of Warranty

The Company does not guarantee that the Service or the content provided by the Service is free of system bugs or infringement of third-party rights. The Company also does not guarantee the safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, or suitability for a particular purpose of the Service or the content provided by the Service.

Article 11: Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with the Service. However, in the event that the agreement between the Company and the user regarding the Service (including this Agreement) falls under the Consumer Contract Act.
